Bodylastics is what they call the top home gym that sells resistance band. This system is set to produce up to 250lbs of resistance and it will only cost you around $50 to $100. For this system, I will give it a perfect 10 or my home gym review.

I will highly recommend a home gym that will greatly rely on resistance bands. It does not matter whether the person who is going to use is a beginner or have years of training, the resistance band is the most effective out of the three systems that I have reviewed. The good thing about resistance band is that it is long lasting and it has no injuries. This resistance band is great for flexibility and this if you are an athlete this is also great since this if often used in sports training as well as martial arts.
